— About the Founder
Maki Kinoshita
Violinist ・ Founder of Kinoshita Academy of Music ・ Kyoto
Maki Kinoshita is a violinist based in Kyoto. Since April 2025, she has served as a part‑time lecturer at the Faculty of Music, Kobe College, where she instructs university students alongside her work at Kinoshita Academy.
The academy welcomes students of all ages — from young children just discovering their first instrument, to adults beginning anew, to advanced students preparing for overseas conservatories.
We offer all lesson formats — violin, vocal, piano, and solfège — in both Japanese and English, here in Kyoto's Gosho‑Minami district.
